Statewide Veterinary Clinics -- Dr. Calaceto Statewide provides discounted veterinary services including for cats, dogs, and ferrets. We issue Statewide Veterinary Clinics Low Cost Certificates through our Torrington office before appointments are made (860-496-1006, 888-613-2034). All surgery is done in Torrington, and one way free transportation is provided. Other locations are used for low cost outpatient services including but not limited to vaccinations by appointment only.
